EVO 4 Contd.

One of the blogs followers ( Anonymous ) has posted this in the Comment section.

I thought it worth reposting in the main part of the blog :-

Hello just seen in March issue of the Practical caravan magazine new Evo based on 430/-4 layout with nearside fixed bed, weight has been cut & cheaper by stripping back gas equipment in favour of electricity.Gas oven gone, the duel fuel space heater has been replaced by Truma mains powered plinth heater, installed in the base of fixed bed. Gas system remains in reduced form, example one gas burner and two electric hotplates.Evo 4 on display 14/22nd London ExCel show.It has also been jazzed up with silver sides and skirts.

An addition from Anonymous:-

Forgot to mention Bailey estimates that the Evo will weigh 100kg less than the 430-4,for an MTPLM of around 1150kg. It still retains a microwave, and a whale water heating is used. The Truma mains powered plinth heater, is similar to those used in static caravans. Practical Caravan magazine has two images of new Evo 4.
