Inside the switch are bits of plastic and springs ( I hate springs) that refuse to go back together.
So just go to Prima Leisure and order another.

Bathroom Light Pull Switch
If anyone decides to try and replace a broken cord in the bathroom ceiling mounted pull switch my advice is don't bother.
